Clicklist is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data through the app.
WHO WE ARE
Clicklist ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile application for iOS that helps musicians rehearse by combining a metronome with song and setlist management. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Clicklist app and the website at clicklist.app.
INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
The Clicklist app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. Specifically:
- Your songs, tempos, and setlists are stored locally on your device only.
- We do not have access to your song library or rehearsal data.
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information through the app.
- We do not use advertising networks or sell data to third parties.
SYNC SESSION (PEER-TO-PEER)
The Sync Session feature allows multiple devices to stay in sync during rehearsal. This connection is established directly between devices on the same local network using peer-to-peer technology. No data passes through our servers during a Sync Session.
ANALYTICS AND DIAGNOSTICS
The current version of Clicklist does not include third-party analytics or crash reporting tools. If we add such tools in a future update, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent. Any analytics data collected would be used solely to improve the app and would not identify you personally.
WEBSITE — EARLY ACCESS SIGN-UPS
If you submit your email address on clicklist.app to join the early access list, we collect and store that email address for the sole purpose of notifying you when Clicklist becomes available. We will not use it for marketing unrelated to Clicklist, and we will not share it with third parties.
You can request removal from the list at any time by emailing us at hi@clicklist.app.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Clicklist does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the app stores all data locally and collects no personal information through the app itself, it is safe for users of all ages.
DATA SECURITY
Because all app data stays on your device, your songs and setlists are protected by your device's built-in security (screen lock, encryption). For early access email addresses collected through our website, we use industry-standard practices to keep them secure.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since the app collects no personal data, these rights apply only to any email address you submitted via our website. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hi@clicklist.app.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice through the app or our website.
